Please arrive early...
It is important that you share all information regarding your health,
physical limitations and previous injuries with your teacher.
You will be most comfortable if you wear comfortable non-binding exercise clothing that is not too baggy or loose.
Eating before practicing is not recommended. It is wise to wait 2-3 hours after a large meal and an hour and a half
after eating a snack.
Please no strong scents or perfumes.
Last of all...please leave your shoes and cell phones at the door!
